  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team inspects, packs, and prepares your products for safe delivery.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We ship using trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders above ₹999; lower-value orders will include a nominal shipping fee.

  • Express shipping (where available) can be selected at checkout for faster delivery at an additional cost.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping—details will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days for metro cities; 6–10 business days for rural or remote areas.

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (where available).

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier performance, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s portal.

  • If tracking details are not updated within 24–48 hours, or if you face delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist immediately.

5. Delivery Issues

  • In case of missing or delayed deliveries, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the matter promptly.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Inspire World Spices ships only within India. We are working towards offering international delivery soon—stay tuned for updates!
